In dit boek geeft de Amerikaanse psycholoog Dr. Albert Ellis, grondlegger van de Rationeel-Emotieve Therapie (RET) en één van de bekendste psychotherapeuten van deze tijd, een heldere en veelomvattende beschrijving van zijn therapeutisch systeem.
